Ingredients for Oreo Biscuit Cake
- 300 grams oreo biscuit
- 100 ml Milk
- 1⁄2 tsp baking powder or Eno
for chocolate glaze (optional):
- 200 grams dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup cream (hot)
Instructions for Oreo Biscuit Cake
- In a mixer jar, add 20 cookies or 300 grams of oreo cookies.
- Blend to a fine powder. you can use any cream biscuit of your choice.
- Transfer the powdered biscuit into a large bowl.
- Add 100 ml of milk to the ground cookies and mix well.
- Also, Add 1 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- mix until a smooth lump-free batter is formed adding milk if required.
- The Cake batter is ready now.
Making The cake without Oven
- Generously grease the bowl or pan with oil or butter. Line it with a parchment
- paper or dust it with flour.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan.

place the bowl into a steamer and steam for 45 minutes.
- steam until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- unmould the cake and cool it completely.
- Now super soft oreo cake is ready.
Making The cake with Oven
- Preheat the oven to 360C/180F
- Generously grease the bowl or pan with oil or butter. Line it with a parchment
- paper or dust it with flour.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan.
- Bake at 360C/180F for 30minutes
- Once done cooking, carefully remove the cake and let it cool completely.
- unmould the cake and oreo cake is ready.
how to make the chocolate glaze
- in a glass bowl take 200 grams of dark chocolate chips.
- pour in 100 grams of hot whipping cream.
- stir and melt the chocolate chips completely.
- silky shiny chocolate mirror glaze is ready to decorate.
- pour the glaze immediately over the cake.

- make sure to powder the biscuit finely.
- Apart from oreo biscuits, you can prepare a cake with Brittania biscuits, good day biscuits, and bourbon biscuits.

- You can add any of your favourite cookies or biscuits along with the oreo.
