Ingredients of Paneer Do Pyaza

  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Kasoori methi (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup Onion paste
  • 1/2 cup Onion (cubed)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cup water

Instruction for Paneer do pyaza

  1. Cumin seeds, cardamom, and green chillies are added to hot oil in a skillet and allowed to sputter. saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  2. Now incorporate the ginger, garlic, and onion pastes. Cook until the onion paste starts to get a light brown colour.
  3. Include tomato puree and simmer for three to five minutes. Salt, coriander, red chilli, and garam masala powder are added, and the mixture is sautéed for a minute.
  4. now add 2 cups of water, mix well, adjust the consistency, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. To the gravy, add cubed onions and paneer. Cover the lid and cook for an additional five minutes or until the flavours are absorbed well.
  6.  Now stir in the kasoori methi.
  7. Add coriander leaves as a garnish and serve hot with rice or chapatis!

  • To create masaledar gravy, roast the paneer and onion with the necessary spices.
