Ragi Chips Recipe (Nachni Chips)

 Ragi is a favourite among cooks since it has a distinctive flavour as well. Ragi grain is used to make Ragi Flour, which is mostly a powdered food. It is powdered finger millet. Ingredients for Ragi Chips Recipe

  • 400-gram ragi flour
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 teaspoons of coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black paper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 dry red chili
  • 1 tablespoon peanut
  • Few dry curry leaves
  • 2 cloves
  • a pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon butter (melted)
  • Salt as needed

Instructions for Ragi Chips Recipe

  1. Take components In a pan, combine the coriander, cumin, black paper, carom, clove, asafoetida, dry red chili, peanuts, and dry curry leaves. Roast for three minutes.

  5. Now, evenly combine the seasoning with the ragi dough and let it sit for 20 minutes to let the ingredients fully permeate.
  6. Take a tiny ball of dough and roll it with a wooden roller while it is placed on aluminum foil.
  7. Once the dough has been rolled as thinly as possible, use a pizza cutter to make grooves and remove any uneven edges.

  9. Keep the aluminum foil and the baking tray in the oven while it is preheated to 375 F for 5 minutes.
  10. 18 to 20 minutes of baking at 375 F.
