Black tea is a simple refreshing drink made using tea powder, water without using milk

BLACK TEA
1) Is very healthy

3) Reduces risk of chronic diseases
4) Helps to improve focus

1) 2 cups water
2) 2 tsp tea powder
3) 1 tsp Brown sugar optional

Heat a sauceopan or kettle or pan.  Boil water in a kettle or a saucepan. let it boil completely.Once the water starts to boil, slow down the flame.

Add tea leaves into the hot water and stir well. Cover the bowl with a lid and allow tea to steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the tea with a tea strainer. You can also use carafe to make this tea

Now add the brown sugar in the serving cups. Pour the black tea in it mix well and its ready to serve

1) Do not boil for longer time it will give a bitter taste.
2) Tea powder can be of your choice.
3)  You can add tea leaves or tea powder.
4) I like with a dash of sweetness but its your preference.
