500 g of carefully selected minced meat 1 egg 2 tablespoons of mustard 1 tablespoon of ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce half onion salt and pepper

and egg. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Form the burgers with your hands: I first make a big ball and then I crush it making sure that it is evenly high. With these doses

six hamburgers come out easily, but since I usually prepare sandwiches and the ones I buy are a bit big, I make four. Cook on a very hot plate, turning them halfway through cooking
