Cheese Balls Recipe


1) 100 g potatoes
2) 60 g cheese
3) ¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cumin powder
5) pinch Garam Masala
6) 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
7) 4 tbsp gram flour
8) Salt to taste
9) Oil for deep frying

firstly, in a large mixing bowl take grated potato. also add black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala (optional), and chopped coriander leaves.

Add gram flour (besan). Then add the grated cheese and two pinches of salt.

Mix nicely and form a smooth, non-sticky dough. There shouldn't be any lumps in the dough.

Shape it into a round ball. Gently flatten using fingers. Similarly, shape all the cheese balls. Keep in the fridge until ready to fry.

Step 05

Heat oil for deep frying in a kadhai or pan Once the oil is preheated, carefully add cheese balls into the hot oil in small batches.

Step 06

Once fried well, place them on kitchen paper towels to remove excess oil Serve potato cheese balls immediately with ketchup or dip of your choice.
