Chocolate Modak Recipe

1) 1/3 cup milk
2) 1/3 cup condensed milk
3)  teaspoon cardamom powder
4) 
3/4 cup chocolate chips
5) 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
6) 1/2 cup graham cracker crust
7) 2 tablespoons sugar

INGREDIENTS

Take milk, condensed milk, and chocolate chips in a pan on medium-low heat.

when chocolate will start melting Add graham cracker crust and stir.

Step 3

then add 2 tablespoons of sugar, chopped pistachios, and cardamom powder. mix well.

Step 4

The mixture will start thickening. Continuously keep stirring. The result will be a sticky dough. Keep it aside to cool.

Grease the modak molds with a little refined oil. Place a small ball from the made mixture into the modak mould

 After a while open the moulds and you are ready with your chocolate modaks that are ready to be served to Lord Ganesha.

Arrange Chocolate Modak on a serving tray. Offer them to Lord Ganesh first and enjoy these with friends and family!!!
