1) 2 cups cashew 
2) 1 cup sugar
3) 1 cup water
4) 1 tsp ghee

5) ¼ tsp cardamom powder


Step 1

Transfer cashew nuts to the small jar of a mixer grinder and grind until smooth powder.

step 2

in a Kadai take sugar and water. stir well and dissolve sugar. boil until 1 string consistency is attained.

Step 3

then add cashew nut powder and cardamom powder. stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and smooth paste is formed.

Transfer the mixture on to the butter paper. and knead it into a fine smooth dough.

Roll it out into 1/3 inch thick Now grease with ghee and apply silver leaf
