1) 1 large bunch chopped Spinach (Palak)
2) 1 cup paneer (cubed)
3) 1 inch ginger, 1 clove garlic3 green chilli
4) 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
5)1 large Onion, finely chopped 


6)3 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter
2 tablespoons Fresh Cream
8)1/3 cup Water
Salt to taste

Step 1

take blanched palak, 1 inch ginger, 1 clove garlic and 4 green chilli.blend to smooth paste without adding any water. keep aside.

step 2

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and saute them for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and stir fry until it turns translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Step 3

add prepared palak paste, ¼ cup water and ¾ tsp salt.mix well adjusting consistency as required.

Step 4

When gravy starts to boil, add shallow fry paneer cubes and add. cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

simmer for 5 minutes or till paneer absorbs flavour.turn off the flame and add ¼ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp cream. mix well.

 Step 6

Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve with tandoori roti, kulcha or butter naan.
