sesame seed crusted seared tuna


Tuna fillet 200 g Soy sauce 50 g Wasabi 20 g Black and white  sesame seeds 30 g Salad 30 g Olive oi

First, the tuna fillet goes into the soy sauce.Then, brush on the wasabi.

Next, sprinkle black and white sesame seeds over the tuna.

Get the pan nice and hot. Pour some olive oil.

step 4

Place the fillets into the pan. Cook until nicely colored on all sides.
