5) Paneer Barfi (Part - 1)

In a bowl, mash 250 g of paneer. Add 1 tsp cardamom powder, 4 crushed almonds, and 1/2 cup condensed milk. Mix well. Place this mixture in a cake pan that has been buttered, and steam it for 15 minutes.

 5) Paneer Barfi (part - 2)

Refrigerate for a full hour. Your paneer barfi is ready once it has been cut into small squares.

6) Atta Laddo (Part - 1)

In a pan, add 1 cup of ghee. When it's hot enough, add 1/4 cup of atta. Saute and cook the atta for 10 to 15 minutes, or until it changes colour. If extra ghee is needed, add it. The mixture should have a binding consistency.

6) Atta Laddo (Part - 2)

Allow the mixture to slightly cool. Add 1.2 cups of powdered sugar and a choice of half a cup of nuts to this. Once finished, roll the mixture into tiny balls. The Atta Laddoos you created yourself are prepared for a party.
