If using store-bought tuile cones, skip to Step 3. To make your own tuile cones, preheat the oven to the temperature specified in your tuile batter recipe. Grease a tuile cone mold with cooking spray or melted butter. Spread a thin layer of tuile batter onto the mold, making sure it's evenly distributed. Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake according to the recipe's instructions until golden brown and crisp. Carefully remove the tuile cones from the mold and let them cool completely.
