Step 1: Preparing the Rice 1. Rinse the sushi rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. 2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions or using a rice cooker. 3. Step 3: Cutting and Serving  1. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each Kimbap roll into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch thick. 2.
