  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-green chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon fruit salt (eno)

For Tempering:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
